A computer laboratory is not just a cultivator of knowledge; it also promotes enthusiasm for technology, science, and research. It also allows students to not only learn emerging skills like coding and automation but will also allow them to see and explore careers in this upcoming field.

The college has two computer labs with 40 computers each and a IBM X3300 M4 Server. PCs are connected with LAN. The lab is equipped with latest hardware and software as par the requisite norms of university. A separate computer and access to the internet, application software and printer for each student. Lab has a central UPS for uninterrupted power supply. It has a smart board with latest projector.

At every stage of life, we are connected to different aspect of chemistry directly or indirectly. It incircles a variety of fields-agriculture, food ,medicine, fertilizers, polymers, metals etc. Thus, the knowledge of chemistry is useful in different aspects of human life.
Our chemistry lab aims to:

Chemistry lab is designed with keeping all the statutory norms and safety standards. The windows and environmental friendly lighting are especially designed keeping in mind visibility. Our chemistry lab is well equipped with chemicals and other apparatus to cater to the needs of undergraduate students. Students start using chemistry lab from first semester onwards. They show great enthusiasm in using chemicals and performs hands on experiments. An additional advantage of our chemistry lab is smart bord with projector.

The chemistry lab of Sunbeam college for women with advanced equipment and facilities aid and stimulate our students to learn best with practical knowledge. It empowers them with better comprehension and moves their inquisitiveness in the correct direction.

The Zoology Laboratory offers the students the facilities to understand the concepts of zoology through experiential learning. It is well equipped with the latest scientific equipment’s and provides a suitable environment to facilitate the students to conduct various practical’s related to animal physiology, biochemistry, developmental biology, molecular biology, ecology, histology, cytology and animal biodiversity studies, etc. Besides we have a good collection of permanent slides both articulated and non-articulated bones of different vertebrates, available for student practical classes. The laboratory has a museum with preserved specimens, stuffed animals, models, charts of organs, and organ systems of animals. These facilitate the students to study the taxonomy of the animal Kingdom, and students are also motivated to collect animals and preserve those in the museum.
