About Us
Department of science of Sunbeam College for Women is the epitome of academic excellence. The Department came into existence during the year 2002 with subject combination of B.Sc. (PMC) and B.Sc. (BZC). At present the department has twelve approved teachers from the university as nine of them are awarded with PhD. The department has well equipped laboratories and well qualified Lab assistant. The department has shown prudence in academics and other activities. Students of this department have been placed in reputed research institutes, universities and corporates. The department successfully achieve its academic goal as per its academic calendar. The department organizes field trips as well as laboratories visit of B.H.U. which enhance the knowledge of students. The department also organizes campus placement drive for final year students. Companies like IBM, Concentrix, TCS, GE Capital, Decathlon etc. are our major recruiters.
